Currently we only offer strength training programmes to our website customers. Plans consist of 1 to 5 training days per week. Each workout day is described in great detail with a user-friendly layout. Please understand these are simplified plans which do not include stretching/cooldowns as a part of their layout. Your workout plan will be reviewed once a month, but only if you repurchase a new plan. This means that after you have completed one month's worth of workouts, you will need to purchase a new plan in order to receive a review and any necessary updates to your workouts. This allows you to continue making progress and adapting your workouts to your changing fitness needs. If you have any specific concerns or goals that you would like to address during your monthly review, please be sure to communicate them to your trainer so that they can be taken into consideration.
No, we do not provide posture specific workout plans. However, we do offer online coaching services where you can work with a certified personal trainer to develop a workout plan that is tailored to your individual needs, including addressing any specific posture concerns you may have.
