Creating a workout plan can sometimes be very challenging, so why not let us create one for you. Custom workout plans are a great tool for those that are just beginning their fitness journey as well as people considering taking their calisthenics training to the next level.

PLANS AVAILABLE

Currently we only offer "strength gain" style programmes to our online customers. Plans consist of 1 to 5 workout days per week (the number of days depends on the selected plan options and on your current fitness level). Each workout day is described in great detail with a user-friendly layout.

BESPOKE EXPERIENCE

We understand that everybody is unique and each body will respond differently to a given exercise. As a result we offer our clients custom workout plans designed based on their needs and goals. We are here to help you to minimise your weaknesses and to maximise your strengths.

Online coaching questions:

How long should I follow the workout plan for?

We recommend that you follow the plan for at least 4 week, but not longer than 8 weeks. If you are looking to have more guidance alongside your training please visit our Online Coaching page for more details.

Which plan would suit me best? Basic or Pro?

If you are only starting your calisthenics journey we would recommend you purchase the 'Basic Workout Plan'. Pro plans are great for experienced practitioners, but for someone who is beginning calisthenics training they can be too demanding on your body and as a result demotivating. As you progress you can always advance and purchase new plans.
