At Calisthenics Ireland we believe that there is never only one way that suits all, hence why we offer a few different styles of personal training to help you decide which one is the right one for you! Below you can find the different styles of personal training and what they consist of.
Workshops
Workshops are a great way of delving deeper into exercises / training systems and educating a large group of people at one time. We offer a variety of workshops covering from absolute basics to move advanced exercises.
Personal Training
Personal training by means of solely bodyweight / weight training or a combination of both. Programs are designed for all levels – from beginner all the way to advanced.
Workout Plans
Creating a workout plan can be very challenging sometimes, so why not let us create one for you. Our plans are structured to suit the individuals needs, with each plan tailored to the fitness level and goals of the client .
