We will create a custom exercise plan tailored to your current strength level as well as the equipment you have available. Each plan is divided by days witin a week. For beginners we recommend 2-3 day plans, while those more advanced can select up to 5 days
Your workout plan will have photo demonstrations as well as a text description to ensure you are performing each exercise correctly. Video demos are currently in beta and do not come with every exercise.

Paying your personal trainer cash-in-hand is a thing of the past. We are changing our system to only accept card transactions. This is a much safer and reliable way of handling payments. Customers can view their past transactions all from within their user account page. We accept most Irish credit and debit cards as well as PayPal transactions.
