4 CALLS WITH
YOUR TRAINER


Stay on top of your training with 4 x 30 minute video calls with your trainer. During our calls we will collect your feedback as well as make necessary adjustments to your plan.

PLANS AVAILABLE

Currently we only offer "strength gain" style programmes to our online customers. Plans consist of 1 to 5 workout days per week (the number of days depends on the selected plan options and on your current fitness level). Each workout day is described in great detail with a user-friendly layout.

Online coaching questions:

What equipment do I need 

We aim to structure our plans to require very minimal equipment. We would recommend that you get a doorframe pull-up bar and a resistance band. If you are a member of a gym or have access to outdoor training equipment, you should have everything you need.

How do the video calls work?

We structure our video calls to assist you throughout the 30 day journey. We will have each of our coaching calls approximately 7 days apart. Our initial call will happen before we even begin training - we can call this Day 0. Your next call is after the first week of training - Day 7. After this call you will train by yourself for the next 2 weeks to get familiar with the movements. Your remaining 2 calls will take place on day 21 and day 28.

Between which hours can I book my calls?

We offer online coaching calls as follows: Monday 8AM - 5PM, Tuesday 6AM - 5PM, Friday 6AM - 5PM, Saturday 8AM - 2PM
