We will create a custom training plan tailored to your current strength level as well as the equipment you have available.
Your workout plan will have photo demonstrations as well as a text description to ensure you are performing each exercise correctly. Video demos are currently in beta and do not come with every exercise.
Stay on top of your training with 4 x 30 minute video calls with your trainer. During our calls we will collect your feedback as well as make necessary adjustments to your plan.
