  • What’s included in an online coaching plan?

    Each month, you’ll get a personalised workout plan, video tutorials, form checks, progress tracking, and ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.

  • What’s the difference between online coaching and workout plans?

    Online coaching includes personalised guidance, progress tracking, and support, while workout plans provide structured training without one-on-one coaching.

  • Will I need special equipment for the plans?

    Our workout plans focus on bodyweight exercises, but you will need access to a pull-up bar and parallel bars, ideally with resistance bands. More advanced plans may include options for rings, specialised bars such as flag poles, or parallettes.

  • How do video calls work?

    Our video calls are structured to guide you through your workout journey. We start with an initial call before training begins (Day 0). Your following calls take place at the end of each training week to gather feedback and make any necessary adjustments.

  • Will I get feedback on my form?

    Yes! You can submit videos of your exercises, and we’ll provide detailed feedback to help you improve.

  • What’s the best way to contact my coach if I have questions?

    You can reach out through the coaching platform or direct messaging for any questions regarding your training.
