Our team members are qualified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialists (FRCms) as well as massage and sports massage therapists.     • Is personal training suitable for beginners?

      Absolutely! Every session is customised to your level, whether you’re a complete beginner or already experienced in bodyweight training. Our workouts focuses on gradual progression, making it a safe, fun, and challenging experience. It’s suited for everyone, no matter your current calisthenics skill level.

    • Do I need any prior experience or equipment?

      No experience is needed! You don’t need any equipment either 🙂 Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring some water, and maybe a snack or fruit for after training. If any workout equipment is required, it will be provided during the session.

    • Can personal training be combined with online coaching or a workout plan?

      Definitely! Personal training works well alongside an online coaching plan or a structured workout plan to keep you progressing between sessions.

    • How do I book my first personal training session?

      After selecting the plan that works for you and completing your purchase, you’ll be taken to a sign-up form where you can specify a time that suits you. We’ll do our best to accommodate your selected time.

    • How often should I train to see results?

      This depends on your goals, but most clients train 1-2 times per week for steady progress. We can discuss a schedule that works best for you.

    • How do I choose between the 4-session and 8-session plans?

      The 4-session plan is great if you’re looking to add structured guidance to your training while keeping flexibility in your schedule. The 8-session plan provides double the coaching support, keeping you accountable and helping you progress faster.
