OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

To offer a unique fitness experience we have shifted our approach to focus more on posture specific training, functional exercises and healthy joint movement. Our team members are qualified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialists (FRCms) as well as massage and sports massage therapists. FRC is a comprehensive system of mobility and joint training based on scientific principals and research.

STRENGTH TRAINING

With a step-by-step progressive system you will always find something new to challenge yourself with. We aim to fulfil our clients' training goals within a bespoke personal training experience. With calisthenics training there is an endless list of exercises to discover. Practicing these new strength skills with good form will help to eliminate future weak links as well as place progressive overload on the correct muscles.

MOBILITY & POSTURE

We aim to develop workouts that are challenging but also packed full of fun activities which will put your body and mind to the test. During our training sessions we will focus equally on both pushing and pulling exercises to improve your overall postural balance. With the right training plan and correct form during exercise you can minimise your imbalances & compensations. We place huge importance on scapula movements as well as hip tilts to help our bodies cope with the common posture problems that are created by our busy 21st century lifestyles.

BALANCE &
PROPRIOCEPTION

Learn exciting new exercises such as pistol squats, handstands, bar and floor exercises, gymnastics ring movements and many more.

WEIGHTLOSS

Calisthenics is a very efficient method to help weight loss due to the fact that most of your training revolves around compound exercises. Compound exercises engage multiple muscles at one time resulting in a higher heart rate and more calories being burned.

Modern approach to personal training

Robust booking System

Our website operates on a classic step-by-step booking system, implemented with a focus on smooth user experience with the whole process happening in a single page format. Users can book, cancel and re-schedule appointments as well as view their past sessions all from the website. All of this can be viewed in your member account page.

Easy reminders

Our notification system offers E-mail reminders both for the customer and trainer regarding booked, cancelled & rescheduled appointments. To make your long-term planning even easier we have also implemented appointment synchronisation with Google Calendar so now you can always be on top of your schedule!

Safe payments

Paying your personal trainer cash-in-hand is a thing of the past. We are changing our system to only accept card transactions. This is a much safer and reliable way of handling payments. Customers can view their past transactions all from within their user account page. We accept most Irish credit and debit cards as well as PayPal transactions.

Personal trining questions:

Do you train outdoors?

We are very flexible when it comes to picking your training location. Most of our training happens in our Nutgrove gym. However, if you prefer we are more than happy to meet you outdoors for a training session.

What age groups do you coach?

Most of our personal training is provided to clients aged 25 and above. That being said, we do offer sessions tailored to our younger audience. This training focuses more on posture, mobility and proprioception and less on strength. Find out more here: LINK
