Online custom routines are perfect for those that are seeking professional training advice but live outside the trainers area of reach. The online coaching is structured to suit the individuals needs, with each plan tailored to the fitness level and goals of the client. Our aim is to help you achieve your goals in the fastest, healthiest and most efficient way possible.

Strength gain  – General overall strength

Currently we only offer strength / hypertrophy style programmes to our online customers.


Plans consist of 1 – 5 workout days per week (depending on the selected plan and fitness level). Each workout day described in great detail with a user-friendly layout including:

•Exercise name

•Repetition range

•Sets per exercise

•Rest time


Your workout plan is written out in a format of a week, which should be repeated for 6 weeks for best results.
On average the workout plans are sent out 3 days after the payment. All depending on the amount of new clients we have and workout plans we need to create. Let me clarify that this is a workout plan to help you reach your goals based on what you can do, not what you want to learn. This is not a tutorial but more of a guidance of how to train with and without weight to achieve results & strong fundamentals.
