Currently we only offer strength / hypertrophy style programmes to our online customers.
Plans consist of 1 – 5 workout days per week (depending on the selected plan and fitness level). Each workout day described in great detail with a user-friendly layout including:
•Sets per exercise
Your workout plan is written out in a format of a week, which should be repeated for 6 weeks for best results.
On average the workout plans are sent out 3 days after the payment. All depending on the amount of new clients we have and workout plans we need to create. Let me clarify that this is a workout plan to help you reach your goals based on what you can do, not what you want to learn. This is not a tutorial but more of a guidance of how to train with and without weight to achieve results & strong fundamentals.
