Weekly calisthenics coach

Stay on top of your calisthenics training with weekly 30 minute video calls with your trainer. During our calls we will collect your feedback as well as make necessary adjustments to your plan.

Custom workout plan

We will create a custom exercise plan tailored to your current strength level as well as the equipment you have available. Each plan is divided by days witin a week. For beginners we recommend 2-3 day plans, while those more advanced can select up to 5 days

exercise video demos & tutorials

Your workout plan will have photo demonstrations as well as a text description to ensure you are performing each exercise correctly. Video demos are currently in beta and do not come with every exercise.

    Paying your personal trainer cash-in-hand is a thing of the past. We are changing our system to only accept card transactions. This is a much safer and reliable way of handling payments. Customers can view their past transactions all from within their user account page. We accept most Irish credit and debit cards as well as PayPal transactions.

    Our notification system offers E-mail reminders both for the customer and trainer regarding booked, cancelled & rescheduled appointments. How exactly do the video calls work?

We structure our video calls to assist you throughout the 30 day journey. We will have each of our coaching calls approximately 7 days apart. Our initial call will happen before we even begin training - we can call this Day 0. Your next call is after the first week of training - Day 7. After this call you will train by yourself for the next 2 weeks to get familiar with the movements. Your remaining 2 calls will take place on day 21 and day 28.

What equipment do I need

We aim to structure our plans to require very minimal equipment. We would recommend that you get a doorframe pull-up bar and a resistance band. If you are a member of a gym or have access to outdoor training equipment, you should have everything you need.
