About Pulling Power and Rings
The class is split into 2 blocks:
- 11:00 – 12:20: Advanced (I’ve trained before)
- 12:20 – 13:00: Beginners (I’m just starting)
From 11:00 – 12:00, we’ll tackle challenging progressions and advanced drills designed to push your pulling strength to the next level. From pull-ups to ring variations, this block is ideal if you’re already comfortable with the basics.
If you’re newer to calisthenics, we recommend joining from 12:00 – 13:00. This second block focuses on the fundamentals breaking down correct form, regressions, and drills to help you build a strong foundation step by step.
Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up or refining ring control, the session is designed to give every level a clear path forward.
