Session overview
The June series includes two guided training sessions focused on building strength, improving skills, and developing bodyweight control. Each session is structured to support participants of different levels, with progressions and regressions provided throughout.
Classes take place at Liberty Park using the park’s main calisthenics rig. Beginners and more experienced participants can train together in a supportive environment while working towards their individual goals.
Schedule for June 2026:
- 7 June – Community calisthenics session
- 28 June – Community calisthenics session
Please Note: No prior calisthenics experience is required. Participants should have a general fitness base, including some strength and cardiovascular capacity. Classes are suitable for anyone looking to get outdoors, improve functional movement, and train alongside a supportive, welcoming community.
Sign-up prior to attending is required. Each participant is responsible for their own safety and should only attempt exercises they feel comfortable practicing. Please inform your coach of any injuries or limitations before the start of the session.
Weather Notice: Sessions run in most weather unless conditions are unsafe. Any cancellations will be posted on the Calisthenics Ireland Instagram story by 10am on the day.
Sessions are open to all, and participants can drop in any week. Each class is designed to help you build strength, develop skills, and stay consistent with outdoor training as part of the wider Public Calisthenics Sessions programme.
