  • Can I use a workout plan without personal training?

    No. Workout Plans are an addon and require an active Personal Training subscription or coaching bundle.

    If a plan is purchased without completing at least one Personal Training session, access will remain locked until the first session is completed.

    Plans purchased without meeting this requirement are non-refundable. This process is in place to ensure correct setup, safe execution, and effective progress.

  • Are the workout plans suitable for beginners?

    Yes! We have plans designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. The workout plan addon supports what you learn during Personal Training sessions, so you practise the right movements from day one.

  • Are refunds available for workout plans addon?

    No. All Workout Plans Addon purchases are final. Once bought, access is tied to an active Personal Training subscription. No exceptions. This keeps the system fair and ensures clients follow through on their training.

  • How often will my workout plan be reviewed?

    Plans are reviewed at the end of the first 6-week cycle. Coaches adjust the programme based on your progress, strength, and performance in Personal Training sessions. This ensures each plan stays safe, effective, and aligned with your long-term goals.

  • What’s the difference between online coaching and workout plan addon?

    Online Coaching includes personalised guidance, weekly form check-ins, progress tracking, and direct support from your trainer. Workout Plans Addon provide structured sessions to follow outside of your personal training, helping you stay consistent between coached workouts.

  • Will I need special equipment for the plans?

    Our plans focus on bodyweight exercises, but you will need access to a pull-up bar and dip bars. More advanced programmes may include options for rings, specialised bars such as flag poles, or parallettes. You can find free training locations using our calisthenics park map

  • Can I combine a workout plan with my own training?

    Yes! Our plans are flexible, so you can integrate them into your current routine or follow them as a full program.
