  • How long is each session?

    Sessions run about 60 minutes, with 50 minutes of training and 10 minutes for conversation and community connection.

  • What should I bring to a session?

    Just wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and bring water. For any session-specific details, please check the event page before attending.

  • What happens if it’s raining?

    Sessions usually go ahead in light rain, but coaches will advise on any cancellations or adjustments for safety. Always check the event page and our instagram page for any updates before heading out.

  • Do I need to register in advance?
