I started to train with Miko last year due to ongoing back issues. It wasn’t unusual to struggle to put my socks on in the morning. Previously I had worked with physios and physical therapists but the issues persisted. Miko really paid attention to me and was able to pinpoint the weaknesses I had. With his plans tailored to fix my individual issues I quickly saw improvement in my back. Throughout my time with Miko there has always been clear goals set through our discussions. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do with the various plans Miko has given me. One year on my back is as strong as it was in my early 20’s and I have started to progress into more complicated calisthenics moves than I had imagined possible for me.
