Calisthenics Ireland offers a coaching programme to help develop and educate trainers on the topic of bodyweight training. This programme will cover calisthenics with greater detail, with emphises placed on often overlooked body parts and their correct activation during exercise. Focusing on topics such as shoulder blades function, hip position, muscle activation and proper form during bodyweight training
