Personal Training Questions:
We aim to structure our plans to require very minimal amount of equipment. We would recommend that you at least have a doorframe pull up bar and perhaps a resistance band. If you're a member of a gym or have access to outdoor training equipment, you should have everything you need.
How do the video calls work?
We structure our video calls to assist you throughout the whole 30 day journey. We will have our calls around 7 days apart each. Our initial call happens before we even begin training - lets call this Day 0. Next call is after the first week of training - Day 7. After this call you will go off and train by yourself for the next 2 weeks by yourself to get use to the movement. Following calls will take place on days 21 & 28.
Between which hours can I book my calls?
Due to high demand, we only offer online coaching calls Monday 8AM - 5PM, Tuesday 6AM - 5PM,
Friday 6AM - 5PM, Saturday 8AM - 2PM
What should be my fitness level to start?
Our training system is designed to suit all fitness levels. So no matter how much of a beginner or pro athlete you are, we will always find something to help you progress. To us, your strength is less important that your ambition & drive.
What is "Exercise Library Access"
To assist you with your training we have designed photo/video exercise demonstrations to ensure your performing each exercise as best as possible. This perk only is valid for 30 days from the day of receiving your plan. After this period us over you will still have access to your workout plan but not to the demonstration videos.
