[dt_sc_h3]Workout and motivation [/dt_sc_h3]
I have been working out for 5 years with off and on seasons. I got into calisthenics because one of my friends took me to a park because he wanted to work out. At the beginning I didn’t want to train, because he told me to try pull ups and push ups, I couldn’t do more than 3 pull ups, so that was a reason for me to not even think about calisthenics. 1 week after going to the park, my friend showed me some Hannibal’s for King videos, Zakaveli’s amazing routines and Team Winagte’s challenges. From that day, I have been in love with training and trying to master my basics as Zef.
Did you do any other sports before getting into calisthenics?
When I was younger I use to do basketball, tennis, football and karate.
How do you stay so motivated?
I stay motivated by helping people change their lives into a healthier lifestyle and believing in themselves to achieve any fitness level.
Any piece of advice you would give to someone who’s thinking of starting or just started calisthenics?
It’s very easy to copy or practice a Youtube-Instagram-Facebook Trick, but it’s very hard to have balance in the basic exercises (muscle ups, pull ups, dips, push-ups, and weighted squats), it takes too much dedication.
