At Calisthenics Ireland we believe that there is never only one way that suits all, hence why we offer a few different styles of personal training to help you decide which one is the right one for you! Below you can find the different styles of personal training and what they consist of.

Our personal training takes place in GymPlus Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. Each session is 1 hour long.

Users can book, cancel, and reschedule appointments as well as view their past sessions all through the website. Located under their user account page

Our notification system offers real-time SMS & Email reminders both for the customer & the trainer regarding booked, cancelled and rescheuled appointments.

To make your long-term planning even easier we’ve also implemented appointment synchronization with Google Calander so now you can always be on top of your schedule!

Safe payments

Paying your personal trainer cash-on-hand is a thing of the past. We’re changing our system to only accept card transactions. This is a much safer and reliable way on handling payments.

Customers can view their past transactions all from with their user account page.We accept most Irish credit / debit cards as well as PayPal transactions. All of our transactions are encripted

Calisthenics is very efficient at weight loss due to the fact that most of your training revolves around compound exercises. Compound exercises engage multiple muscles at one time resulting in higher heart rate and more calories burnt.
